The goal of this group is to help THAA-NC members to reach each other, to exchange opportunties for careers/business growth, and to help professional development.

Following policy is enforced for the approval of posts or membership applications to the group:

• All posts and membership applications are subject to approval by THAA-NC.
• The approval is normally executed on a daily basis, but it might take up to a week.
• Membership application should provide following information for approval:
  1. Valid email address
  2. Name
  3. Purpose of join
  4. Alumni status (e.g., Hsinchu EE 93, Beijing CS 96，新竹資訊91，北京无81)
  5. All friends are welcome to this list -- even if you are not from Tsinghua!
• Posts to the group email list should follow following guidelines:
  1. Services for alumni and universities (Beijing/Hsin-Chu Tsinghua), i.e., job openings, personal sales related to the majority of alumni.
  2. No commercial advisements, such as calling card and discount travel.
  3. No political or religious broadcast.
  4. No personal opinions on general interests.
  5. No messages from other organizations without the president's approval.
• THAA-NC remains all rights to remove any members or posts that violate this policy.
• THAA-NC executive team reserves all right to explain and revise this policy.
