Jun (Jeromy) XUE, is Managing Director of Tsinghua Science Park Venture Capital, the board member of Tsinghua Business Incubator, the assistant president of Tsinghua University Science Park. Prior to joining THSP, Jun Xue was a professional and entrepreneur in IT Industry. In 1990, he worked at China State Information Center. From 1991 to 1993, he was an Account Manager with IBM (China). In 1994, Mr. Xue co-founded An-Tai Corporation in Silicon Valley as President. Mr. Xue holds several board member positions of THSP VC portfolio hi-tech companies, such as Koretide (embedded software), Agate Logic (Semiconductor and IC design), TransVision Microsystems (Infrared Sensor), GigaDevice Semiconductors, Inc., etc. Mr. Xue holds a M.S. of Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University, a M. Eng. and a B.Eng. from School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University.
Dr. Ping Wu

Dr. Ping Wu is Chairman & CEO of Spreadtrum Communications, Inc.. With over 20 years of experience in SoC designs and exceptional management skills, Dr. Ping Wu brings outstanding expertise to his position as the Chairman & CEO of Spreadtrum Communications, Inc. Under his leadership, Spreadtrum developed world’s first TD-SCDMA baseband chip and world’s first fully integrated multimedia power management 2.5G GSM/GPRS baseband chip. Prior to Spreadtrum, Dr. Wu served as Senior Director of VLSI designs at Mobilink Telecom, Mixed Signal IC Designs manager at Trident Microsystems. Dr. Ping Wu obtained his BSEE degree from Tsinghua University, his MSEE and Ph.D. from China Aerospace Academy. He also holds three IC design patents in USA.
Feng Deng Electronics 86, Beijing
Feng Deng is Founding Managing Director of Northern Light Venture Capital. Feng co-founded Northern Light Venture Capital in 2005, a China focused fund. He has more than 15 years of technical and managerial experience in the computer, communication and data networking industries. In 1997, Feng co-founded NetScreen Technologies, and served as the Vice President of Engineering, Chief Strategy Officer and Board member. NetScreen went public on NASDAQ in 2001 and was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2004 for $4 billion. From 2004 to 2005, Feng served as VP of Corp. Strategy at Juniper Networks. Feng was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002 and the Innovator of the Year award in 2003. Prior to founding NetScreen, Feng worked at Intel Corp. Feng holds a MS degree in computer engineering from the University of Southern California, a MS degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, and a MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds five U.S. patents in computer system architecture and IC design. Feng serves as the Chairman of the Tsinghua Executive Entrepreneur Club (TEEC), serves on the Board of Directors of Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association (HYSTA), and is a board member of the Tsinghua University Foundation.

T. Chester Wang is the general partner and co-founder of Acorn Campus, a $100 million Incubator/venture fund, and a founding member of Acorn Angels. Dr. Wang graduated from Tsinghua University in Taiwan and later got his Ph.D. in physics from University of Oregon. He had been a college professor taught computer science, co-founded Pacific Rim Electronics, a wholesaler and distributor of semiconductor chips, also a co-founder of CMC, a software company for computer numerical machines. He and his brother, Stanley T. Wang another Tsinghua graduate, have been instrumental in developing numerous residential, commercial and industrial properties in Silicon Valley. He had co-chaired the New Realty Task Force with then Mayor Susan Hammer of San Jose, a city with over $1 billion annual budget and 6,000 employees, to re-engineering City's budgeting and operation. He currently serves on the board of Altigen Communications, Crown Bioscience, Autekbio, Eureka Therapeutics and Chinese Bible Society.

Bill Li
Bill Li is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded multiple Internet/mobile companies in Silicon Valley and China. He has 18 years of extensive R&D and management experience in work-class companies as well as startups. He was the head of mobile engineering in Google, where he built the mobile team from scratch and led the team to launch ground-breaking products/services with the biggest carriers in the world, including China Mobile. Prior to Google, he was co-founder and VP of engineers for three internet/mobile startups in Silicon Valley and China. Before that, Bill was a senior architect in leading software companies including Oracle, Sybase and Versant Object Technology.
Growing up in China, Bill Li graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with Bachelor degree of Computer System. He also has Master Degree of Science from USF and Executive MBA.
Richard Lim
Richard manages the GSR Silicon Valley office, and focuses on investments in the Internet and semiconductor component sectors.
Prior to GSR, Richard was an entrepreneur and was involved in founding three U.S. internet startups: iMarket (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE:DNB)), Quickdot and Co- nect (acquired by Pearson (NYSE:PSO)). He was also an executive at Lotus Development Corporation.
Richard grew up in Singapore and has a MBA from Stanford University (Arjay Miller Scholar) and a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MD equivalent) from the National University of Singapore.
Richard is a Charter member of Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA).
Sam Zucker
Sam Zucker is a partner in O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Silicon Valley office and a member of the firm?s Transactions Department and Corporate practice. Sam specializes in corporate transactions for technology, life sciences, and growth companies in the U.S. and overseas at every stage of their life cycle, from startups to public companies. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, venture capital and private equity financings, international and multi-jurisdictional transactions, public and private securities offerings, and regulatory matters including SEC, Nasdaq, NYSE, and ISS rules and regulations. He works extensively with the firm's international offices on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings throughout the world, particularly China.
Sam advises his clients' management and boards of directors on corporate governance and critical strategic matters, including acquisitions, corporate and business development, and capital market strategies as well as general corporate and regulatory issues. Mr. Lee Ting has managed business between US and Asia throughout most of his professional career. He was formal Corporate VP and Managing Director of Asia Pacific for Hewlett-Packard Company. Currently, he is the Managing Director of WR Hambrecht+ and serves on the Board of Lenovo Group. With his broad business experience and contacts throughout US and Asia, especially in Greater China Region, he may share with us his valuable advise to the younger generation who want to develop career on either side of Pacific. Lee is a Managing Director of WR Hambrecht+Co. Lee is a former Corporate Vice President of Hewlett Packard where he worked for more than thirty years. He was the founder and General Manager of HP Taiwan, General Manager of Far East Region, Managing Director of Southeast Asia Operations, Director of Business Development, and Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Pacific. His last position was Corporate Vice President and Managing Director of Worldwide Geographic Operations where he was responsible for HP's customer facing organizations in all the countries in which the company had a business presence. He is an independent Board Member of the Lenovo Group, the leading IT company in China, and MTI, a supplier of satellite/microwave communications components and subsystems based in Taiwan. Lee is also an advisor to WK Technologies, a leading venture capital company with operations in Taiwan and US and other private companies. Lee received his BSEE from the Oregon State University and has completed the Stanford Executive Program.
